Mapp Property Services Ltd are a family run independent estate agency, offering property sales and lettings, property management and project management. The company was launched in 1988 by the Mapp family and grew its appeal by offering friendly help and advice especially being noted for its local knowledge and professional approach to property sales and lettings.

Since 2004, the business has been under the ownership of the Taylor family who have striven to uphold Mapp's ideals whilst adapting the business to serve the changing needs & demands of the housing marketing. Based in the hub of Morecambe's estate agents sector we are always pleased to meet with potential vendors who want a no nonsense appraisal of their property.

We currently manage in excess of 200 let units in and around Morecambe and Lancaster and are always pleased to discuss with owners options for finding suitable tenants and, if required, the ongoing management of their property.
