A well established Letting Agent with properties to let all over the Humber region, from Grimsby in the south as far as Scunthorpe and Goole in the west to Beverley in the north and as far east as Hornsea and Withernsea. We manage over 1000 properties in the city of Hull and approximately 90% are available to DSS tenants.

We appreciate that DSS tenants may not always have the financial resources to pay large bonds and we have persuaded most landlords to accept a guarantor in place of a bond - this means minimal move in costs for tenants. Whatever a potential tenants circumstances or requirements, we are able to deal with their enquiry in a professional and sympathetic manner.

Our team has been in place for many years now and we are primarily a family business, all of our staff are trained and have appropriate qualifications.
