Beech Property Management Ltd was set up in 2004 to look after the Letting, Maintenance, and Management of a number of property portfolios on behalf of selected private and corporate landlords from within the United Kingdom and overseas.

Since inception the company has developed a large network of contacts within the private landlord sector, local estate agents, large and small building contractors, as well as individual allied trades in order to meet the individual and varied needs of our clients.

We have been successful in assisting our clients to source quality properties to add to their ever increasing asset base. Where necessary we arrange and site manage the refurbishment and development of properties of all types for our clients who wish to add to their portfolios.
