Regent Estates are an independent family run and professional Estate Agency who have been operating in Grays since 1985. We have 25 years+ overall experience in property management, renting & selling.

Our sales department comprises of an experienced team who offer free advice with no appointment necessary. We will carry out a no obligation market appraisal of your property and advertise it †.

We will provide appropriate guidance if requested regarding any necessary improvements to help maximise an achievable sales price. Once an offer is received we will recommend local solicitors if necessary, and converse with the mortgage lender to ensure that the offer is genuine. Once a sale commences it is on a no-sale no-fee condition and we offer very competitive sales fees. The sales team constantly communicates with all parties to the best of their ability to ensure that the sale is running smoothly and hassle free up to completion.

Our letting department comprises of a team with 25 years+ of experience who take on properties for owners, providing them with a comprehensive management package and then advertise their property. †

Once a prospective tenant is found for a property, we then credit search them to ensure that they can afford to pay the rent and obtain a rent guarantee on behalf of the landlord. We provide managed or unmanaged services for landlords. Included in the management package is the drawing up of contracts, contacting of the utility services when you move in and vacate the property, collection of the rent, issuing notices, providing a free inventory and carry out quarterly inspections; a full report of which is then sent to the landlord.

† In both cases (sales and letting) we offer maximum advertising through colour window displays and numerous media sources, including an extensive client base, local newspapers, regular leaflet distribution and widely used internet sites.
