Who are we?

Created by Managing Director Rebecca Howland (nee Jones) in 2001, Howland Jones remains a privately owned independent company specialising in residential lettings.

With a corporate management background in the chemical and engineering industries, Rebecca has always had a passion for customer service.

What do we do?

Our clients describe our service as professional and friendly. We aim to introduce professional tenants to well presented, comfortable homes within the East Midlands region.

We offer five different levels of management. As an independent letting agent, we are able to tailor each service to match your exact requirements.

Everyone at Howland Jones has a 'can do' attitude and takes pleasure in finding solutions to any given challenge.

We are always evolving as a team and we close the offices every Monday between 9-10am to meet and discuss what worked well the previous week (and how we can do more of it), as well as what challenges we faced (and how we can tweak our processes to improve our service further).

Where are we?

Our offices are based in the village of Measham which is at the heart of the National Forest. We operate in a 20 mile radius our offices, giving us an extensive and knowledge of the area.
